These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Royal Heritage Rajasthan mobile application (the “App”) and any related services provided through it. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and user responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App, or use it under supervision/consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, making bookings, or contacting support.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if the App supports login) and for all activities performed through your account.

App use and acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, or related systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation (including introducing malware, scraping, or abusing APIs).

  • Post, upload, or share content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringes others’ rights (if the App allows user submissions).

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Services, listings, and information accuracy

  • The App may display information about heritage stays, tours, experiences, itineraries, pricing, availability, images, and other travel-related content.

  • While reasonable efforts may be made to keep information up to date, content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated (including prices and availability).

  • We reserve the right to correct errors and update content at any time without prior notice.

Bookings, payments, and third-party providers (if applicable)

If the App allows bookings or payments:

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices, taxes, and fees (if any) will be shown at checkout or before confirmation.

  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways; their terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing.

  • Cancellation, refund, no-show, and modification rules will be shown during booking and may vary by property/service/provider.

If the App redirects you to third-party booking platforms or partners, any transaction you make with them is governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

  • The App, including its design, trademarks, logos, text, photos, videos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Royal Heritage Rajasthan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content unless expressly permitted in writing.

User-generated content (if applicable)

If the App allows you to submit reviews, photos, or other content:

  • You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the App.

  • You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to the Royal Heritage Rajasthan Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected and used.

Disclaimers

  • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Royal Heritage Rajasthan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

  • Our total liability for any claims relating to the App will be limited to the amount you paid to us through the App in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower (adjust as needed).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Heritage Rajasthan, its owners, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person/entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if required for security, legal compliance, or if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted in the App (or on the App’s website) with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
